Longtime BDA Member, Puget Sound Bank, Acquired by Heritage Bank
Heritage Bank (Parent company: Heritage Financial Corporation) announced the completion of its acquisition of Puget Sound Bank on January 16, 2018.
The acquisition of Puget Sound Bank, which was headquartered in Downtown Bellevue, will expand Heritage Bank's presence in one of the fastest growing markets in the Northwest.
Heritage Bank promises to make the transition easy on previous Puget Sound Bank customers. Senior Vice President, Steve Vincent with Puget Sound Bank will remain on the BDA Board of Directors as a local leader now on behalf of Heritage Bank.
